Watched Let`s Plays and it looked nice. So I purchased it but after extracting and trying to run the .exe it always crashes. Someone help? :( Im using Win 10 on 64bit

Wow, this game is a year old already? Can't believe that's how long it's been since I've played it. I really, really hope this game gets an update soon. I wanna see what new content this game has to offer!

the game is good but there must be a options menu where you can turn on easy mode because the game is so hard
i have played this game 33 hours and after i finished it i stopped. i dont wanna do that again. ITS SO HARD
I really like this game it's super fun and I haven't gotten a successful night yet. I did get trapped in a storage room as soon as the store closed and the manager is currently non stop stomping his way to my location but he can't get me.

got ripped off, you have to download a million things then it takes u to this website where u have to pay a trial to open the file and play, can u just put this on this Microsoft store?
most games on this website require files such as 7zip to un-compress them, you really only need to download like two things, 7zip or WinRAR (WinRAR has a free 'trail' that never ends due to copyright/ piracy prevention issues etc), either way you should already have at least one installed if your planning on purchasing anything from itch.io
Once you've downloaded 7zip or WinRAR you need to download the game file, move it to your desktop, right click it and click extract with WinRAR or 7zip, the files should then extract to your desktop, you can open the extracted files and open the .exe file.
If you have a Mac or Linux the Program won't work due to it only being windows based, you can try to contact germ food via twitter and get a refund, or even itch.io itself, but non of these garentuees your refund of $1.93 USD.
Also to extract zipped files you can use websites that don't require downloads, however im not too sure how reliable they are in terms of privacy, so I'd recommend downloading 7zip personally.

The Shrouded Isle is a Lovecraftian-themed management simulationvideo game, in which the player is placed in charge of a sacrificial village cult that worships a god who intends to bring about an apocalypse in three years.[1][2] The player is in charge of five families that occupy the village; their personalities, habits, and vices are procedurally generated.[2][3]
Development and release[edit]
The Shrouded Isle was developed by Kitfox Games.[4] It is the third product from the four-person independent video game development studio.[5] It is based on The Sacrifice, a game the team had created for a game jam in 2015.[4]The Shrouded Isle was announced in October 2016 with a scheduled released date of February 2017,[3] however the game was released a later date of 4 August 2017 for Windows and macOS.[4] The game was subsequently released for Nintendo Switch on 17 January 2019.
